All Express transactions are delivered within 3 hours once payment is received between 8:00am and 3:00pm EST Monday to Friday. If any Express payment is received after 3:00pm EST it would be treated as an Express transaction for the following day. No Express Services are available on Saturdays and Sundays. Any Express transactions received after 3:00pm EST on Friday would be delivered the following Monday.

All regular transactions would be delivered within 48 hours once payments received are cleared and account information provided is correct.

All payments received through money bookers or paypal would be delivered within 120 hours once payment is received with no delays and account information provided for the transfer is correct.

Cash Transfers to your Liberty Reserve, C-Gold, GDP, Pecunix account are available. After making payment with any of these e-currencies, or through paypal, or money bookers, or western union, or money gram, or credit card, or interact e-mail money transfer, please let us know which e-currency account you would like your transfer credits to be applied to. Transfers can be processed within 3 hours for express orders and 48 hours for regular orders.

Interac E-mail Money Transfers are available to Canadian residents only. This transaction could take up to 48 hours to be processed.

All Western Union and Money Gram transfers are processed within 48 hours from Mondays to Fridays. Western Union and Money Gram Transfers are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

E-currency Exchange Credits can be applied to your Liberty Reserve, Pecunix, C-gold account based on it's worth once payment is received from your interact e-mail money transfer, western union, money gram. For example: a package that cost $38.25 would have $25.00 USD worth of transfer credits and $13.25 would be our service charges. This transfer credit of $25.00 USD can be transferred to either your Liberty Reserve, C-Gold or Pecunix account.

All orders received are given one month's worth of classified advertising credits to be posted on our advertising website once customers is willing to provide their advertising information by sending it to our e-mail address csr@nicrae.info.

The minimum amount accepted is $25.00 USD and the maximum is $500.00 USD per transaction.

At present, only nine forms of payment are accepted. Please ensure that you provide the correct paypal, moneybookers, liberty reserve, C-Gold or Pecunix account information and correct Western Union or Money Gram money control transfer number to expedite the process of delivering your order on time.

All refunds are subject to $15.00 service charge once your payment was received and has not yet been delivered to the account that was provided in the transaction details or by e-mail.

No refunds are given on any Western Union, Money Gram, and Interac E-mail Money Transfer payments. Please ensure that you provide the reference number you will receive for any payment made to us and please ensure you provide your correct Liberty Reserve, Pecunix, C-Gold, Paypal, Money Bookers, and Email Money Tranfer account information.

Once a payment is delivered to the account provided on the transaction details and a positive confirmation is received then that transaction is final and cannot be changed so no refunds would be issued or accepted.
